The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer and is currently experiencing an upturn in production with demand increasing globally.

The Role:
The main purpose of the role is to acheive the availability of parts, in line with departmental objectives and to ensure that
delivery information is maintained. Expediting orders as required.

- Liasing with relevant suppliers, via appropriate methods, to ensure delivery requirements are met, including problem
resolution where possible.

- Prioritising urgent dealer requirements ("vors"), resolving issues and communicating updates to the Dealer Support Team.

- Liasing with Forecasting Analyst to ensure accurate information is loaded to forecasting systems ("SCOPE") by advising
difference to system parameters, eg. minimum order quantities etc.

- Communicating with suppliers to ensure that delivery is in line with customer requirements.

- Ensuring that advised delivery dates and pertinent information, is entered on the relevant information screens, ie.
PM78, In order to advise dealers of availability of parts.

- To ensure that accurate information is passed to dealers via Hot Line Channel (HLC) requests, within agreed timescales.

- Supplier visits as required, including international travel.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to negotiate and influence others.

Knowledge of POPIMS and SAP.

Previous experience in a similar role an advantage.
