The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Supply Systems Analyst to join our client’s Contracts & Procurement team. On offer is a 2 year fixed term contract, Perth based.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Supply Systems and Processes in SAP.
• Contribute to the development of Supply training materials.
• Coordinate Training Resources and People. Deliver Training as required.
• Carry out Supply month end steps, encompassing filing, SAP data cleansing, running / compiling and distributing of reports.
• Contribute to Supply Lead Project Initiatives (optimisation initiatives, e.g., Procure to Pay Process Improvements).
• Contribute to non-Supply Lead Project Initiatives (e.g., DMC / IMC Project).
• Maintain a customer service culture within the team to support the delivery of C&P activities throughout the Company.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with peers.
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you are required to have the following:
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• SAP experience essential
• Hewlett PQC experience essential
• Prodpak experience desired
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong team working skills
• Strong communication skills
