The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Support Management and delivery from concept to handover into the Facilities and Soft and Hard services team working with Property, Powertrain and Design on various Projects from new builds to supporting future infrastructure on all Non Manufacturing Sites. This will include being involved from Design Stage to Practical Completion making sure all hard and soft services are managed and implemented before handover and through the life of the building. This position will be reporting into our Soft Services Manager.

1)The ability to lead, and to work as part of a team is essential, as is the ability to achieve results by meeting deliverables / commitments
2)Conduct audits and prepare reports with findings. Liaise closely with the supplier in the provision of the contract service. Deal with concerns/complaints promptly. Ensure all services are delivered to client specification and agreed service levels. Ensure legislation and Health and Safety regulations are complied with at all times.
3)Communicate with customers to ensure problems are resolved and requests are meet. Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered. To ensure that adequate products, equipment and materials are available to the contract standard. To ensure that products, equipment and materials are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled

Experience Required: Sound Experience of delivering cleaning and related facilities (FM) services. Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload. Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and can demonstrate effective problem management. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project) ¿ AutoCAD skills preferred

Experience Preferred: A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload

Education Preferred: Ideally educated to Degree level or experienced FM manager looking after hard and soft services.
