The Company:
Our client is an international oil & gas operator.

The Role:
MISSIONS:
The service holder assists the SURF QA/QC Leader, and is responsible for the follow-up and maintenance of QA/QC Databases, for the registering and follow-up of all QA/QC events and for the reporting of QA/QC activities.
The service holder works in close coordination, within the SURF package, with all the QA/QC team and with all Site Representatives whom he shall get QA/QC reports, and all needed QA/QC documentation. The service may assist to QA & QC meetings with Contractors, as required.
The service holder is responsible, under Package QA/QC Leader authority, to establish and maintain a proper SURF QA/QC report, registers, Quality indicators (KPI's) for SURF activities, follow-up system of anomalies and non conformities and associated corrective actions… He shall check compliance of QA/QC actions with approved plans and shall warn QA/QC Leader of any drifts encountered in the implementation of plans or corrective actions.
The service holder is in charge of administrative monitoring of Service order link to Surveillance activities.
The service holder reports to the SURF QA/QC Leader.
The service holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements.

ACTIVITIES:
1. To adopt and to demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules and regulations.
2. To be kept informed of Company Referential (CR, GS, and GM), international standards related to his area of responsibility, taking knowledge from them for application to the Project.
3. To implement and maintain an adequate QA/QC reporting system and to follow monitor Contractor’s Quality control activities through this reporting.
Warn QA/QC Leader of any drifts in the implementation of QA/QC plan (Quality Control plans, Surveillance plans, Inspection and test plans).
4. To ensure the follow-up of tracking of anomalies and non conformities performed by the Contractor and maintain required Quality indicators (KPI's) for SURF activities.
5. To keep updated the Company surveillance plan.
6. To ensure monitoring of administrative task of surveillance activities and ensure interface with the appointed surveillance companies.
7. To ensure the registering in QA/QC Databases of any required documentation (certificates…).
8. To participate in preparation of weekly / monthly reports on all QA/QC activities, and up-date indicators.
9. To cover some basic inspections under request.
10. To report to QA/QC Leader any area of concern.
11. To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Professional Experience (years): 3-7
Experience in similar position (years): 2 years in similar role
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
Languages: English mandatory
