The Company:
Our Client is multinational oil & gas company in Indonesia is seeking potential candidates for SURF Risk Coordinator

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Risk Management, SURF Risk Coordinator has the following key responsibilities :
- The primary function of this position will be to coordinate, monitor and administer the Contractor's Risk Management activities as per the Company Risk Management proceses;
- Provide assurance that the Contractor's Project Risk Management is actively and effectively managed, and properly fed in to the Company Risk Management System;
- Provide project risk management expertise and coordinate the Risk Management Activities by the Contractors;
- Ensure that risks are properly identified, evaluated, mitigation measures determined and expedited to closure;
- Arrange and facilitate Risk Management meetings/ workshops to ensure that proper Risk Management processes are being conducted by the Contractors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- A minimum of Industrial Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical); Business Administration or other Sciences related to Oil and Gas industry;
- 9-12 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both design and construction activities, understand Project Management and expose with Project Risk Management process;
- Fluency in English both spoken and written;
- Exellent presentation, communication and influencing skills for effective stakeholder/staff enggagement;
- Computer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software;
- Able to work well in multicultural team and be highly motivated, strong customer focus, effective team player, disciplined, dynamic with good personality.
