The Role:
Responsible for surface facilities (from wellhead upwards) evaluation of oil & gas business opportunities.

Must perform screening jobs and be able to discriminate best cost options for Field Development Plans wise including statistical and probabilistic analysis. Perform risks analysis for high level estimation (FDP for exploratory opportunities) as well as detailed estimation from actual data from producing fields.

Capable to do/review technical analysis and recommend best option (technically and economically) for surface facilities design and FDP.

Skills to judge other operators technical analysis.

Technical Evaluation of non conventional field developments (shale gas, shale oil, tight formations, Sour environments, HT/HP, SAGD, gas/oil/condensate fields, etc.).

Highly orientated to introduce Safety, Environment and Health practices in drilling and completion processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- More than 10 years experience in design of surface facilities for onshore and offshore (a must). Experience must include: Process engineering and project engineer for offshore developments with special emphasis in subsea developments. Proven experience to manage different technical areas (depleted reservoirs, HP/HT reservoirs, etc. ); Non conventional reservoir / Russian experience is a plus
- Software skills: Surface facilities analysis and design software's: Hysis, Multiflow pipe flow analysis, flow assurance (desired), Questor, Crystal Ball.
- Language: MANDATORY RUSSIAN and ENGLISH .

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Must: University degree (Petroleum Engineer or similar). Master degree is a plus
Complementary: Training in surface facilities engineering aspects: Safety, design, process, operation. Etc.
Desirable: Skills to handle commercial data bases: Drilling Info, IHS, Wood Mackenzie, etc.
