The Company:
Our client is the leading renewable energy company in Thailand specializing in development, construction and operations of wind farms.

The Role:
• Interface with vendor for management and monitoring of land survey and GIS related activities.
• Oversee data collection, creation activities and their quality check.
• Field survey for wind turbines’ position and route.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Determining the condition of existing land shape, identifying defects.
• Advising on energy efficiency, environmental impact and sustainable construction;
• Dealing with planning applications and advising on property legislation and building regulations.
• Assessing and designing road to meet the use of the company and the needs of people with disabilities.
• Advising on construction design and management regulations.
• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
• Coordinate with the negotiation team leader to carry out agreements and disclaiming title deeds in time.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in survey engineering or civil engineering
• Min 3 year experience in survey engineering, project development for a construction project
• Work experiences reflect reliable execution of developing supervisory competencies and skills.
• Prior experience in Power Plant /Energy Project is an asset
• Operating AutoCAD, ArcView
• Operating survey total station instrument
• Ability to administer survey workers
• Completing project survey on budget and schedule
• Understands key concepts in their discipline
• Ability to take positive action to resolve issues/disputes
