The Company:
an Automation Company is seeking a System Sales Manager

The Role:
• Lead and execute the sales strategy to all customers and through all sales channels within the country to deliver results meeting or exceeding the
revenue and profit objectives.
• Develop marketing plans, new sales channels and business verticals
• Achieve AOP financial goals for Indonesia: revenue and profit targets
• Develop sales objectives and implement the plan to achieve the sales objectives
• Promote and develop marketing plans and new sales channels
• Manage and maximize the performance of the sales channels and growing the relationship with end-users
• Prospecting new applications and customers in Building Management System Industry. Participate in marketing research and studies.
• Exemplify and promote Company’s vision, direction, and culture by managing indirect sales channels and holding the channels accountable to exceed
targets and comply with Company values
• Represent the Voice of the Customer and collaborate with other functional managers to ensure Company delivers products and services exceeding
customer expectations
• Developing SOP’s for all sales-related process and procedures

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English. Superior group presentation skills and strong team player
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical accreditation
• 5 or more years experience in technical sales or management, specific experience in combustion equipment highly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers
• Superior analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities
• Desire and willingness to be held accountable for delivering business results
• Excellent strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to drive growth and change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Unwavering commitment to integrity and honesty
