The Role:
Key Job Responsibilities

•Consult to Finance and business partner on applying technology to business opportunities and planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
•Collaborate with customers, gathering business requirement /data, business processes, and other business rules in order to ensure alternatives have been carefully considered and that the chosen solution meets business objectives.
•Elicits business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
•Decomposes high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the technical team, including offshore developers. Works closely with the developers.
•Responsible for documenting, developing and finalising business and functional requirements.
•Involved in testing, training and implementation of applications/solutions.
•Outside the context of new development work, apply the appropriate business analysis tools and methods as needed, in support of existing applications, or in support of the study of proposed changes to the business processes.
•Shepherds transition for key infrastructure and technology changes. Manages the people side of changes to new business processes or new technology. Ensures that all changes are filtered through appropriate stakeholder groups (e.g. company legal, Service Centers, business owner, etc.)
•Reviews and makes assessments related to internal and external customer feedback, metrics, policy and regulatory changes, work flow reviews, root cause data, new business strategies, etc. for potential system and or process changes.

OE and Compliance:

•Apply CPDEP for IT, and OE principles, practices and processes to ensure quality results for project planning/deployment. Apply rigorous Information Protection standards, define and design application functional and user interface requirements, develop use cases and test plans, involve with system testing, conduct testing validation, lead the development of application documentation and customer training, and assist with implementation.
