The Company:
A Major Operator

The Role:
The Systems Completions Engineer will be a project guide and will consult and assist in procedure writing for commissioning.
They will be helping out different business units within the company and assist with internal procedures and review procedures of other projects.
• Responsible for Hook-up & Commissioning Planning during execution
• Reviews designs and provides input to the Facilities Engineering Team to ensure Hook-up, Commissioning and Start-Up activities are optimized.
• Develops Project Completions Strategy, Execution Plan etc. consistent with selected concept and contract strategy to minimize offshore work and project duration from yard completions to start-up.
• Develops high level HUC activity durations and cost estimates in conjunction with Business Team.
• Participates in Engineering Team HAZID ‘s etc.
• Provides recommendations to execution Engineering Team to enhance the fabrication and offshore safety of the Facilities designs.
• Adopts project IIF culture and proactively supports team’s Safety Management Plans.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
10-20 years of experience in the industry
Experience as a lead engineer
Experience in Brownfield projects

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Africa Experience
Offshore experience with a major operator or a large independent company
