The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
This role is split between 2 locations - Warrington (Daresbury) and Staffordshire (Stone)

The client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor/Internal Recruiter to support the delivery of an effective recruitment service to Hiring Managers. The Talent Acquisition Advisor/Internal Recruiter will administrate, monitor, prompt, arrange and coordinate all recruitment activity for an engineering client

Key Responsibilities and duties:

- Able to generate reports in Word and Excel, collate KPI statistics
- Organised and methodical, able to maintain, update, sort and file all relevant recruitment paperwork and documentation, paper filing and digital filing.
- Update relevant recruitment activity reports on a weekly basis.
- Able to be proactive, chase information and prompt actions with Hiring Managers
- Liaise with third parties to aid recruitment, including agencies, and check invoicing is consistent with agreed terms.
- Manage a recruitment hotline and inbox, and deal with all incoming queries or direct queries accordingly.
- Supply all stakeholders (includes candidates) with timely information relating to interviews, arrangements, outcomes, and next steps, short of raising offer letters.
- Arrange for recruitment information to be supplied by Hiring Managers relating to Job Descriptions and E Recruitment requests relevant to recruitment and selection including pre-sifting of candidates.
- Enter vacancies on the E Recruitment system as directed by the HR Advisor and HR Manager
- Liaise with Engineering Services Marketing Department to facilitate internet advertising through networking sites
- Brief agencies about roles in conjunction with Hiring Managers and the HR team.
- Liaise with the HR team when offer letters are to be made, and ensure all relevant personal data is available to raise an offer to the candidate.
- Arrange for testing to be provided for short-listed candidates in conjunction with the HR Manager/HR Advisor.
- Use telephone screening to establish and verify selection criteria data, including eligibility to work in the UK

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within an internal recruitment role would be desirable.
- Experience within a technical recruitment field would be advantageous
- Should have a good understanding of business systems in use, including Lotus Notes database and competent with Excel and Word
- Experience of using databases and managing data from them, including reporting
- Numerate
- Willingness to travel between other sites
- Previous recruitment experience desirable but not essential
- Have maturity, resilience, sensitivity, trustworthy with people data, and be confidential
