The Role:
• Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment activities for operation to managerial positions
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing guidance on appropriate interview techniques and questions
• Responsible for new hire onboarding
• Prepare weekly recruitment report
• Participate in campus recruitment, internship program, job fair and other employer branding activities
• Any other projects and ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in any discipline, preferably with postgraduate diploma in HRM
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment
• Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
• Strong follow through and customer service orientation
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with an eye for detail
• Proactive and resourceful team player with lots of drive and initiatives
• Possess strong initiative, good interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel and Powerpoint
