The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of programs and processes in Talent Management. An advisor will be assigned to one of 6 areas of discipline/focus, depending on his experiences and educational background:
• Performance Management
• Workforce Planning
• Metrics & Analytics
• Leadership Development
• Assessments & Assessment Centers
• Professional & Career Development
1. Develop programs in their respective discipline within Talent Management to meet divisional and functional objectives.
2. Help contribute programs to the client’s Corporate University.
3. Coordinate and develop professional development rotational programs.
4. Develop corporate-wide performance management system, process, and tools to support the client’s efforts in building a performance culture.
5. Support the development of Workforce Planning tools and Talent Dashboards to support evidence-based decision making in the company relative to talent and talent initiatives.
6. Develop corporate e-learning and knowledge sharing programs
7. Act as facilitator, mentor, and/or leadership coach and serve as trainer for curricula and course delivery.
8. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Development or other related discipline required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
