The Company:
Our client was established over 25 years ago in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. Working in the Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Metals and Service Sectors they are one of the largest companies in the Industrial sector in Kingdom and an employer of choice for candidates across the globe.

The Role:
Manage higher developmental programs and projects such as Executive Program, High Potential Development Program, Succession Management and Management Assessments. Also update the Training and Development Team regarding the changes in the organization and personnel movements.

Take all changes in the entire organization, including personnel movements and inform the Training & Development Team so that all effects and consequences of the movements shall be addressed accordingly in timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain the Succession Plans and update them in the light of the latest organizational movements and goals
• Acquire and maintain Psychometric Tests, Personality Surveys, and Personality Assessment Instruments and make them available for Recruitment and Developmental Assessment activities.
• Create and implement assessment program of which, results shall be the bases of their Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Management Development Program design.
• Enhance IDPs of all and ensure the successful compliance of each.
• Identify and screen the employees who will qualify under the High Potential Development Program.
• Design and execute the High-Potential Development Program and make necessary interventions to ensure the successful achievement of the program objectives.
• Render customer/client service by ensuring replies to all inquiries by phone, email or face-to-face meetings.
• Prepare reports on Talent Management activities, citing statistical analysis as deemed required by Management.
• Report all Training activities assigned to the Section Head, on weekly basis..
• Prepare management reports on Training and Development activities, citing statistical analysis as deemed important.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Ensure compliance with IMRS and Responsible care.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
