The Role:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management/Individual Development Planning
1. Lead and manage the company’s annual performance management and individual development planning cycle across AMS.
2. Promote a leadership attributes model that identifies and builds critical leadership skills at all levels of the organization.
3. Lead annual process for deploying scorecard and objectives throughout the organization.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the performance management processes such that improvements can be identified and implemented.
- Coach individuals on creating effective individual development plans utilizing the appropriate tools and language.
- Work with HR business partners and divisional leaders to identify participants for development opportunities within the organization.
- Utilize the leadership attributes model to assess, select, and develop leaders.

Talent Management/Succession Management
1. Implement and manage the organization’s talent management (9 Box) and succession planning processes.
2. Manage the talent review logistics which include 9 Box calibration sessions in partnership with HRBPs.
3. Provide input to the monthly talent review process to ensure that high potential development is being continually assessed and reviewed for development opportunities.
4. Actively track the growth, placement and retention of identified high potential employees across the organization.
5. Analyze talent metrics and use the data to help guide talent management efforts by leveraging HR Dashboard. Ongoing participation in dashboard design.

Program and Training Development
1. Participate in the design and development of the content and approach for the leadership programs, including but not limited to women’s leadership, skill development training and accelerated leadership.
2. Continually assess, enhance and improve current talent management strategies and processes as necessary.
3. Assist with creating training materials and programs to support the organization leadership attributes model.
4. Measure the effectiveness of management and leadership development training that is provided.
5. Ideal candidate would have experience with visual design and program material development.
6. Facilitates and manages New Hire Orientation, New Manager Orientation and other programs as needed.

Employee Engagement
1. Participate in the design, execution and analysis of the annual employee engagement survey.
2. Facilitates employment action teams in partnership with HRBPs.
3. Reports on engagement data and provides adhoc analysis.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Master Degree - preferred in psychology or human resource educational background

Experience:
1. Proven ability to design programs and processes that drive the development of talent within an organization
2. Managed performance management, individual development planning, and talent management processes within an organization.
3. Experience working in a HR and Training/OD department required.
4. Experience leading organizational wide projects and initiatives.
5. Experience in leading, training or facilitating.

Skills:
1. Proficiency with PowerPoint (advanced functional knowledge and creative design abilities), Word (advanced), Excel (intermediate), Publisher or similar design programs (advanced) and Access (basic).
2. Excellent customer service skills. Operates with a high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication
4. Preferebly can speak mandarin
