The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of well integrated programs and processes. Specific areas of responsibility will include comprehensive performance management, succession management, leadership assessment and development, professional and career development, high potential identification and development, workforce planning, competency modeling/mapping and development, coaching and mentoring, change management, surveys and assessment, retention, engagement, strategy and process consulting.
A TM Supervisor will have the leadership responsibility for one of the following specific division and discipline.
1. Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Metrics & Analytics
2. Leadership Development and Assessments
3. Professional & Career Development
1. Contribute to the Talent Management strategy for the client, conducting the research necessary to help formulate Talent Management operating plans, policies, programs, budgets and procedures.
2. Ensure that the policies and programs in Talent Management meet corporate objectives, are cost effective, conform to the laws and regulations of all countries concerned, and are consistent, equitable and compatible across all nationality groups.
3. Tailor Talent Management programs to achieve the client’s targeted Saudization ratio of 85%.
4. Help build the client’s Corporate University; partner with leading universities to establish meaning relationships to facilitate the learning and growth of the client talent.
5. Develop and provide cross-organisational job enrichment, cultural exchanges, and training curriculums focused on the development of key knowledge, skill, and competency areas.
6. Establish and maintain corporate-wide performance management system, process, and tools to support the client’s efforts in building a performance culture.
7. Develop Workforce Planning methodology and Talent Dashboard to support evidence-based decision making in the company relative to talent and talent initiatives.
8. Develop the client's systemic approach to annual talent reviews, succession and replacement planning, and high potential identification and development, ensuring executive sponsorship and leadership accountability as successful key components.
9. Oversee the Leadership Development and Professional Development program development costs , ensure alignment with overall talent objectives, and maximize the program’s utilization ensuring proper budget allocation and effective spend.
10. Present recommendations and presentations to Human Capital Development and IR Management.
11. Advise management on discipline and division issues as they relate to achieving the client’s people strategy.
12. Guide corporate e-learning and knowledge sharing programs and create the necessary organizational climate to encourage business lines to collaborate in e-learning initiatives.
13. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
Managerial Duties:
1.Direct and manage respective TM division staff in performing their roles and responsibilities. Inspire ownership and accountability of organizational outcomes as they relate to talent.
2. Establish priorities in achieving our strategic talent objectives and imperatives.
3. Conduct performance evaluation reviews for direct reports, identify and ensure they acquire the required managerial or functional skills and knowledge.
4. Provide input in setting the Division’s annual budget, in accordance with TM goals and objectives.
5. Coach and develop staff for more senior roles within the organization.
6. Create a productive and healthy work environment within the Department, and foster rapid development and efficient knowledge transfer among employees.
7. Model sound leadership principles and lead by example, ensuring words and actions are congruent.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Development or other related discipline required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
