The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced T&I Engineer for a construction site based position to assist in the supervision of the Installation Contractor. Witness and ensure that onsite commissioning, mobilisation and demobilisation activities are carried out achieving Azeri project objectives and schedules. Implement Client HSE and QA methods. Manage Client and installation contractors site supervision teams to ensure HSE targets are met and safe working environment is provided for all site commissioning, mobilisation and demobilisation activities. Substitute for the T&I Project Engineer when required.

Attend offshore on the derrick barge, as part of the Client Team, to supervise and monitor the Installation Contractor during the Jacket and Topsides installation. Jacket is a barge launched structure, and is secured to the seabed by twelve piles which are grouted to the pile sleeves. Topsides is installed using a float-over technique.

SECTION 4: RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
• Maintain awareness and promote project goals in respect of HSE, Budget, Schedule, and Technical Integrity.
• Lead by example in HSE, Quality and open communication within team and Contractors.
• Keep the T + I Manager informed of the key issues within the area of responsibility.
• Support the objectives of the T + I Manager as required.
• Liaise with fabrication contractor (Jackets and Topsides).
• Work with relevant parties to ensure contractor commitment to Client Project objectives and goals.
• Assist with effective management of the installation contract and work in harmony with all the relevant third parties.
• Ensure that lessons learned are appropriately considered in the T + I mobilisation activities.
• Anticipate and identify adverse trends/events throughout the engineering/installation periods and work with the relevant parties to avoid them or achieve timely resolution.
• Assist in National Client Personnel training.
• Support team working and harmony.
