The Company:
Our client, a major owner/operating company, requires expertise for their ongoing oil sands mega-projects in Alberta.

This position is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

The Role:
•Ten years experience in a coordination capacity, preferably in “Brown Fields Construction”, with relevant experience in the delivery of Logistcs site services, interfacing with several service providers for bussing services, light duty vehicles, camp, and aviation
•Promote and implement safe working practices in the workplace.
•Liaise with construction contractors, Construction management, Logistics and Site Services team,
•Plan and sequence the movement of company and Contractor staff, oversight to Camp & Aviation reservations including reporting
•Interface with others to develop the Logistics support required for several projects
•Ensure that the Logistics plans is viable and followed
•Manage the documentation in support of Logistic plans
•Provide support to the Site materials management and the General Site services team as needed.
•Able to work with others within the Indirect’s team, provide support to all the other team’s accountable for the safe execution of the projects.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Grade 12 , preference given to work experience supporting Logistics
•Microsoft Word, Excel, power point working knowledge
•10 years supervisory experience in a project setting, preferably in the Oil Sands.
•OSSA Orientation
•SAP experience would be an asset
