The Role:
As Tanks Construction Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:

HES Leadership. Provide visible safety leadership in the field, promoting Zero Accident and IIF culture with the workforce. Actively participate in and promote Managing Safe Work and Behavioral Observation programs. Actively participate in HES Audits, Field Reviews and Incident Investigations to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Supervise Company Tanks Construction Team: Provide leadership to enable and apply accountability to the Company tanks construction assurance team (anticipated 4-5 positions) as required to accomplish the following:
Technical & Quality Assurance. Become SME’s in project designs and technical specifications related to LNG tanks, condensate tanks and other field erected tanks (OFETs). Work with prime contractor to anticipate and resolve technical and quality issues and problems in support of the work. Assure the prime contractor’s management of the tanks subcontracts delivers the tanks facilities defined in the subcontract.
Project Assurance. Become fluent in project execution plans, method statements, schedules and commercial terms of the tanks subcontracts. Monitor construction progress and prime contractor management of the subcontracts. Anticipate problems and potential subcontractor delays or claims before they are manifested. Recommend corrective actions to resolve problems and/or mitigate their impact.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Senior technically experienced person
Must have 10-15 years LNG tank construction experience
