The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is available for a Tanks Site Representative to join the Management team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide visible safety leadership in the field, promoting Zero Accident and IIF culture with the workforce. Actively participate in and promote Managing Safe Work and Behavioral Observation programs.
• Understands and applies Company policies, processes, behavioural based safety practices, governmental regulations, industry codes and standards.
• Provides support to EPCM Contractor to ensure companies expectations are communicated and understood.
• Provides oversight, audit and assurance function within site execution team on erection of the project tanks.
• Ensures that tank erection activities adheres to project execution plans and are conducted consistent with contractual requirements, project specifications, permitting and government approvals.
• Documents and reports on areas of concern or non-conformance.
• Maintain Daily Diary and job photo file, and provide input to Weekly Report and Management Presentations. Technical & Quality Assurance.
• Become SME’s in project designs and technical specifications related to LNG tanks, condensate tanks and other field erected tanks (OFETs).
• Work with EPCM Contractor to anticipate and resolve technical and quality issues and problems in support of the work. Assure the EPCM Contractor’s management of the tanks subcontracts delivers the tanks facilities defined in the subcontract. Project Assurance.
• Become fluent in project execution plans, method statements, schedules and commercial terms of the tanks subcontracts.
• Monitor construction progress and EPCM Contractor management of the subcontracts.
• Anticipate problems and potential Subcontractor delays or claims before they are manifested.
• Recommend corrective actions to resolve problems and/or mitigate their impact.
• Reporting and Communication. Provide daily record of key events and milestones within area of responsibility.
• Document significant communications with EPCM Contractor and subcontractors.
• Provide input to Tanks Construction Supervisor for preparation of drafts of formal communications with EPCM Contractor for Site Manager approval, including Requests for Information (RFI), Non-conformance Reports (NCR), and Execution Change Requests (ECR).
• Assemble and communicate status of work accurately and efficiently to job sharing rotational partner to ensure efficient continuity of effort.
• Engage in Project meetings and communications to ensure integration of tanks subcontract construction activity with other project work on site.
• Maintains positive and effective working relationships and engages and communicates with cross functional disciplines within the project team as well as different levels of management, engineering and external regulatory agencies to secure input, understand impacts and ensure alignment.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
You must have the following qualification and experience:

• Mechanical Trade Background
• 15 Years minimum. Experience constructing
• FFD, good communication skills, good understand of codes and standards and able to achieve the quality
• Able to work in a team environment
• Needs to have good attention to detail
• Needs to hold HSE as a value and be able to influence others to world class execution

• Mechanical Trade,
• Working at Height, Confined Space

Additional Comments:
Position duration is 12 months, located in Onslow, working 11 our days, 28/28 day roster.
