The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced TAR Discipline SPA accountable for delivery of compliant engineering solutions in line with TAR schedule including procedure / drawing / work pack reviews and development
Input into Long Term TAR Schedule
Input into TAR Drivers & Objectives & Isolation Philosophy
Recommend work scope changes after freeze
Perform Engineering Work Pack Delivery
Decide Return to service conditions (Commissioning requirements)
Perform Alignment of project deliverables with TAR schedule
Perform Discipline specific Lessons Learned reviews for input into TAR
Perform procedure and drawing reviews as necessary to support TAR objectives
PEOPLE
1.6 Develop and maintain healthy working interfaces with Sunbury based discipline lead and/or Discipline TA
1.6 Develop and maintain healthy working interfaces with Angolan based discipline support and onsite core crew resources
2.2 Manage contractors to deliver against agreed performance measures
2.4 Develop and maintain personal discipline competency requirements. Agree development requirements with Engineering lead and TA / Engineering Manager to maintain competency
PROCESS
2.5 Responsible for providing input into contractor selection to support work scope delivery
4.1 Responsible for reviewing and as necessary developing / approving discipline specific procedures to support work scope execution
4.1 Responsible for reviewing, developing and as necessary approving contingency plan procedures and work packs to support TAR execution work scope
4.2 Responsible for development and maintenance of TAR specific TQ, MOC, WO’s and SPcp plans to support agreed work scope
5.2 Responsible for developing the engineering solution through to construction handover in line with ETP, STP, TA guidance and legal requirements,
5.4 Responsible for provision of specialist discipline expertise to supporting team members
5.4 Responsible for facilitating review of maintenance requirements in line with strategy
5.4 Responsible for gathering and provision of discipline specific equipment condition information
PLANT
Responsible for developing a clear process understanding of the facilities in the Angola Region
PERFORMANCE
8.1 Develop and maintain Engineering contractor KPI’s and performance measures to support assigned work scope delivery
8.4 Along with Cost Control resources, measure and maintain assigned budgets for work scope engineering.
