Our client is a leading global Oil & Gas operating company.

The Role:
Role Synopsis

The TAR Long Range Planner is responsible for developing the 5 year plan for turnarounds for the North Slope of Alaska. The TAR Long Range Planner will interface with large number of groups to integrate their TAR related project work. Will work to integrate projects from the Development Group (Projects), Field Managed Projects (FMP), Campaign Maintenance, Pipeline Renewal Group, Make It Pig able Group, Fire and Gas, Inspection /CIC, etc. with Facility TAR drivers. Ensure that all TAR related regulatory and license to operate deadlines are met. That the maximum amount of Risk is removed from the system through these projects, repairs and maintenance activities. Develop long range TAR front-end work lists, budgets, production impacts and reporting.

Key Accountabilities
• Accountable for establishing and maintaining high standards relating to the safe, environmentally sound, timely and cost effective planning of Turnaround event and the long term strategies and plans in support of continuous improvement
• Accountable for assuring all work assigned is planned and meets site policies and procedures, including control of work
• Drive continuous improvement in planning of Turnaround events
• Assist Developing Turnaround planning work process

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications: - A clear track record of delivery and a willingness and ability to work with all disciplines; - Well developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and contractors; - Good communications skills; - Well developed support / knowledge management networks; - Understanding of current schedule best practices and familiarity with Primavera P6 - Excellent teamwork skills, including the ability to work with various sub-teams to resolve issues and reach decisions that are in the best interest of the program;

Essential Education

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Proficient , Access, Excel, Word
• Understanding of Primavera P6 and Turnaround Scheduling processes beneficial
