The Role:
Create and develop the detailed planning and scheduling of Turnaround 2016
Detailed Turnaround planning with strong use of Schedule methodology.
Schedule risk analysis of detailed Contractor (Mechanical and piping, E&I, …) schedule.
Works with Coordinator, Preparators and Construction team to generate an initial critical Path analysis.
Physical progress measurement
Analysis, checking and validation of the progress reported by supervisors/contractors.

Principal Accountabilities:
Technical knowledge and experience in Refining or Chemical Turnarounds.
Provide expert and strategic support, create and develop the detailed planning and scheduling of Turnaround (Decommissioning, Maintenance and Project works, Commissioning), from level 1 to level 4.
Manage and lead the Scheduling and discipline reviews.
Check the logic of the plan chart produced for each work package.
Provide schedule risk reviews and ensure that schedule risks register with associated mitigating actions are kept up-to-date.
Ensure that inherent schedule risk and interface with all project lots are identified.
Ensure Contractors’ scheduling team are adequately staffed to prepare complete and robust Schedules.
Issue out final integrated plan for contractor review and sign-off.
Prepare the wall charts for his area following the format set out
Good knowledge of physical progress measurement, ability to analyze, to check, and to validate the progress Participate in the schedule and progress daily report during Turnaround.
Maintain a database that will facilitate the scheduling discipline return of experience.
Highly knowledgeable of scheduling tools (proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project).
Technical knowledge and experience in Refining or Chemical Turnarounds.
Highly knowledgeable of scheduling tools (proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project).
Knowledge and experience of Refining or Chemical projects is highly desirable.
Potential travel to Contractors Office.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering degree or equivalent
Planning/scheduling experience on Refining or Chemicals Turnarounds (10 years mini, 15 preferred),
Planning/scheduling experience on Refining or Chemical projects is a bonus.
Good working knowledge and experience of PRIMAVERA P6 and MS Project
