The Company:
Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role

The Role:
Reporting to the Region Tax and Customs Manager, supporting the Tax & Customs Team on administrative issues, with involvement to limited and tax technical matters. This is a temporary position. This is a temporary position until 1st of September, 2015

• Assistance to Tax & Customs team members on administrative issues (organizing meetings, events, tax committee meetings with partners, travel arrangements, administration of stationary supply, archiving, filling, loading the data from SAP and adjusting it into required form, etc.) • Issuance copies of VAT Exemption Certificates to Subcontractors • Issuance of Withholding Tax Confirmation letters • Coordinate issuance of Personal Income Tax receipts for foreign employees • Assist in the financial tasks, including creating DRs in Maximo, inserting timewriting details into the system on monthly basis • Assistance in ad hoc administrative issues

Experience in the oil industry

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University degree is required
• Strong computer literacy • At least two years of administrative working experience • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
SAP knowledge at basic level • Basic knowledge of VAT exemption system, WHT system and Customs Exemptions • Experience and knowledge of MAXIMO, Commercial Browser.
