The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Team Administrator
To provide day to day administrative support and contribute longer term to the service delivery of the Manufacturing team in particular during cycle plan and transformational activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administration support to the HR Managers
- Provide data for and prepare management information reports for manufacturing areas (Pulse, Org Health Checks, Organisational Charts, etc)
- Provide support in booking and organising facilities for training events, meetings, etc.
- Raise purchase orders and cheque requests as required
- Raise ePANs, file associate paperwork and liaise with HRCO as required
- Provide montly reports on headcount, structure, agency numbers, attrition, etc
- Maintain and develop the Manufacturing staffs filling system
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Manufacturing team
- Undertke other duties as directed by HR Managers commensurate with the post

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Communicates well both in writing and verbally
Enjoys and is able to work as part of a small team
Flexible approach to work
Appreciates that projects need to be completed
Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
Good analytical/data manipulation skills
Uses own initiative and can work independently
Pays attention to detail
Providing administration support to a team
Proficient use of all Microsoft tools is essential; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Proficient use of email, calendar, intranet and internet tools
Working with imputing data and maintaining systems

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Working with HR data systems is desirable
Working within an HR department is desirable
