The Company:
Opportunity to contribute to a leading Queensland LNG Project

The Role:
Fircroft has been engaged to assist a global Oil & Gas operator to source a competent Team Administrator to contribute to a leading LNG project based in Brisbane.


You will be accountable for supporting a large engineering team to manage the day to day administration and PA duties.

Accountabilities will include:
• Clerical duties including record management and typing
• Accountable for procurement, purchase requisitions & POs using SAP
• Responsible for corporate credit card and expenses reconciliation
• Arrange meetings, events and appropriate materials
• Assist with ad-hoc duties within other departments

Qualifications/Experience
• Excellent SAP & financials skills
• Proven experience within PO requisitions
• Confident within Microsoft office
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
