The Role:
• Maintain a professional and safe office environment
• Coordinate travel arrangements and confirm all logistics
• Plan, coordinate and schedule team meetings, away days and conferences including all relevant logistics and preparation support
• Maintain holiday charts, org charts, rotas, etc for the team
• General department organisation including sorting mail deliveries, maintaining distribution lists, stationery etc
• Log office facilities calls on behalf of the team
• Ad hoc typing requests, letters, updating documents etc
• Completing IT process and paperwork for Joiners, Leavers and Transfers
• Raising purchase requisitions
• Assist with ad-hoc projects such as planning of office moves, re-stacks etc as and when required
• Taking minutes at Project Meetings
• Providing cover for Lead Project Secretary in vacation periods
• Ability to discreetly manage confidential information
• Manage all work to meet deadlines with a keen sense of prioritisation and delivery

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an engineering design / project environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Attention to detail
• Team player, self motivated, with the ability to work independently
