The Role:
Act as a focal point for communication into Subsea Construction team, based in Kingston with periods in Staines. Work under minimal or no direct supervision.

• Responsible for safe, efficient, and effective execution of scope and communication of project goals and expectations,
• Support and facilitate project execution performance and scope delivery,
• Maintain awareness and promote conformance to GPO expectations and requirements of Safe Design and Quality Build,
• Promote compliance with all appropriate elements of GPO Operating Management System (OMS), including Risk Management, Continuous Improvement and Management of Change,
• Plan, organise and prioritise workload on a daily basis in order to meet deadlines and plan ahead for upcoming or cyclical deadlines.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft Based Schedule on behalf of Manager. Access and prepare any materials in relation to upcoming appointments, meetings, conferences or external visits well in advance of the event and, wherever possible.
• Access and read all Manager’s emails when he is out of office highlighting any matters that require urgent action to the delegated authority.
• Organise meetings and events on behalf of Manager and Subsea Construction team. Logistical responsibility for all meetings both internal and external (venue/room, issuing Agenda, inviting attendees and monitoring responses). Attend meetings (as required) produce action tracking spreadsheet which records actions of the meeting.
• Arrange / complete all travel arrangements including hotels, taxis / cars, flights, and visas.
• Arrange and complete Manager’s expenses, plus providing support to the remainder of the team,
• Track team actions, supporting team performance with respect to timely closure.
• Prepare and edit various documents in Word; prepare and edit presentation slides (PowerPoint); prepare and edit spreadsheets in Excel; prepare and issue documents within DocuSign,
• Co-ordinate the registering, tracking, and approval of change management documentation,
• Co-ordinate the registering, tracking, and approval of contactor query, deviation, and concession documentation,
• Co-ordinate the review and approval of contractor weekly timesheets,
• Supporting other team TA’s as required.
• Support to general management of the installation contractor, sub-contractors and vendors

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3-years’ experience in a similar role
• A high level of proven communication, interpersonal and people management skills,
• Self-motivated,
• Computer literate,
