The Role:
• Responsible for PSCM administration duties, including but not limited to:
 Compiling, processing and updating data.
 Maintaining electronic filing system for PSCM department.
 Organise PSCM conferences and meetings.
 Maintaining leave / rotation register for PSCM department.
 Maintaining calendar for PSCM and Contract Administration Leads.
 Liaising with other disciplines.
 Assistance with arranging ATFs, business and other travel for PSCM and Contract Administration Lead.
 Liaison with business expense team.
 Coordination of international post in conjunction with administration department.
 Assist in general office logistics as required.
• Provide Procon main user support and administration.
• Maintain & distribute PSCM registers (VO, VoR, CA etc)
• Raise desktop requisitions as required
• Vendor Support Activities
 Visa advice & letters of invitation support.
 Safety induction liaison.
 Meet & greet, accommodation liaison and advice.
• Provide Maximo administration.
• Provide Ariba administration.
• Provide ihub support and administration.
• Assist in facilitating meetings, presentations and workshops.
• Responsible for delegating to and management of direct reports.
• Performing BOS, SoCs and complying fully with Company’s HSE expectations
• Competent in communicating in English language, both verbally and written, together with an understanding of Azeri and Russian languages.
• Computer literate
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Focussed on accuracy.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Ability to understand responsibility.
• Desire to progress.
• Track record in organisational skills for administration tasks.
• Ability to produce written reports, minutes of meetings, etc.
• Ability to interact / communicate with all other administrative and management functions within a busy site environment.
• Understanding of local culture within Azerbaijan
• Flexibility in approach – willing to take on “non-core duties”

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum:-
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of software packages – Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Recognised administrative or business qualification (obtained locally or internationally)

Preferred:-
• Degree level qualification in business or administration related fields
Minimum:-
• Track record of experience gained on large projects, in a similar administration role leading to development of the following skill sets:
 Proactive ability to resolve administrative problems without supervision.
 Working/interfacing and communicating with interdisciplinary teams.
 Ability to organise busy office environment, dealing with both national and expat management team.

Preferred:-
• Previous knowledge and experience of working with the Client operating procedures or equivalent
• Previous experience with Company software systems such as Ariba, Maximo and Procon.
