The Role:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage all aspects of a specific Project offshore including all technical and commercial aspects
•Participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

•Provide an efficient, effective and confidential Technical Administration service to the project team, including but not limited to updating and maintaining of key technical records, documentation and safety and operational databases for the flotel project team. Typing and dispatch of reports, letters, minutes, faxes and memos in a timely manner
•Provide contractual support to the Project Supervision e.g. checking of invoices against contract requirements
•Act as a delegated correspondent for the Operations Superintendent and Company Rep.
•Liaise with Planning and Logistics Officer onshore for any personnel mobilisations required offshore
•Provide covering support for logistics personnel on flotel
•Produce, archive and control documents (e.g. assign codes/numbers to documentation, liaising with document control onshore (IMU).
•Arrange requisition of standard goods/stationary where appropriate.
•Maintain up to date knowledge of operations team and vendor personnel and movements where relevant
•Process travel requirements, expense claims, mission orders, holiday and self-certification forms in an accurate and timely manner for all project team through Project Secretary.
•Organise meetings.
•Oversee filing systems to ensure that all paperwork and computer records are correctly maintained.
•Liaise with planning personnel onshore to provide technical, progress reports and progress curves ensuring that Project and platform supervision are also kept up to date.
•Generate standard project reports, daily, weekly and monthly and assist with the production of more complex or ad-hoc reports. Check accuracy of data produced.
•Carry out photocopying/scanning of documents as required
•Provide support for materials supervisor.
•Provide support in Heli-Admin duties.
•In conjunction with Materials Coordinator, maintain records for waste management from the platform.
•Liaise and ensure main contractors reports are controlled and available for inspection as required.
•Control and file any visitor reports.
•Assist in all other Technical Administrative duties as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Preferably qualified to ONC / HNC / HND level in a relevant Technical discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical) with minimum Higher Standard or similar level qualification
•Appropriate experience working within a technical or engineering environment in the oil and gas industry
•Experience of planning and co-ordination
•Basic multi-discipline engineering knowledge
•Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills
•Good written and oral communication, interpersonal skills are required along with a good common sense approach
•Basic understanding of plant operating principles and maintenance practices
•Demonstrate a rigorous and methodical approach to production/maintenance whilst showing a common sense approach when anticipating and analysing work
•Good understanding of software Microsoft word, excel, power point, SAP and Vantage.
