The Company:
The company designs, constructs, transports, installs and removes offshore facilities for the global oil and gas industry. During the last decades they have become a significant international player in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. The Group consists of two divisions, each with a specific role in the activities of the Group

The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Quantity Surveyors on a daily basis with general administration
- Assist with data inputting of Cost Reporting Information
- Printing M.o.M., timesheets logs
- To file and administer Variation Timesheets (VODS) items
- Generate, update and modify documents in Word, Excel. Power-point
- To perform tasks which may be requested by Management, from time to time
- Adherence to Company Policy and procedures
- Individual risk awareness within job role
- Quality, safety, health and environmental awareness (e.g. responsible for own and others safety)

4 Competency Requirements:
- Successful SHE Induction.
- GCSE ‘O’ level English or equivalent.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word / Excel / Power-point / Outlook)
- Experience of various filing systems and databases.
- Ability to work on own initiative and abide to confidentiality rules.
- An understanding of company Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental systems & programmes.
- Communicate in a positive manner with all company personnel.
- Planning & Organisational skills that enable the implementation of the company strategy.
