The Company:
An Oil Services Company is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer or Manager for Well Construction Product

The Role:
• Duties and responsibilities asper Country/PL Management
• Ensure products and Services are marketed, positioned and understood by key decision makers within client organizations.
• Identifies and executes sales orders utilizing appropriate tools, systems, processes and technology
• Builds an understanding of company technical capabilities and service, and effectively communicates product line services and technology to customers formally (through pitches, presentations and tender submissions) and informally through networks, relationships, discussions.
• Provides customer feedback through SFDC including well information, intelligence, requirements and requests to relevant company’s stakeholders in a timely manner
• Ensures company’s systems, including Salesforce are updated and maintained with appropriate sales data in a timely manner
• Engages daily with account management team and to sales personnel.
• Responsible for relaying competitive and tactical information back to the appropriate product line stakeholders, including pricing, good/bad product and service performance, marketing material, activities, new products/technology etc.
• Submit technical abstracts or articles to industry publications and/or company inter Company magazine
• Compile and publish Real Results relevant to technology and local market
• Enlisting client participation is highly encouraged
• Participate in industry trade organizations and other pertinent technical associations or committees, workshops, SPE regional meetings/study groups
• Engage local/regional Petroleum Engineering Colleges and Universities in line with the local recruitment strategy Seek opportunities for involvement in the Student SPE Chapter, Lunch and Learns and other creative ways to meet and interact with the students/future clients.
• Coaches and mentors junior product line sales personnel where appropriate.
• Follows company’s Inc.'s business objectives as outlined in the Business Management System (BMS).
• Ensures compliance with the Company’s Competence Assurance System.
• Performs duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management System, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Place Instructions, and HSSE policies.
• Follows all company’s Compliance policies
• Performs various other duties assigned by line manager/ supervisor within the physical constrains of the job

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Graduated from Business or Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Technical knowledge and ability to manage the Product Line
• Liner hangers, cementation products, inflatable packers products and or completions
• Strong technical understanding of down hole tools and products
• 10 experiences in some business line

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
