The Role:
Provide a consistent and controlled method for administration tasks within the Projects, group as required.
Provide a consistent and controlled method for the updating of any associated documentation as required.
Become an integral part of the Project Team environment.
Ensuring technical standards are maintained and items are linked to the correct documentation.
Act as a point of contact for Projects Team.
Organise / participate in internal project team meetings and supporting departments, and monitor and coordinate any actions following these.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding the supply of goods/services as delegated by the Project Manager.
Establishing close internal working relationships with the Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Coordination of the administrative support ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
Secretarial and administrative support including typing letters and reports, phone calls, emails, filing, record keeping and filling in forms.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Strong administrative background.
Excellent communicator with the confidence to liaise at all levels both internally and externally.
Impeccable customer service skills.
Good attention to detail, highly organised.
Flexible approach with the ability to work in fast paced environment.
