Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

To support Manager’s in daily activities & ensure office activities for 3 teams which are in line with company and departmental objectives and timing. Relieve administrative burden on Managers and Senior Engineers as and when required.

Scope of the Role

1. Manage/co-ordinate the Manager’s diary and workload.
2. Preparation, processing, issuing and distribution of information/documentation.
3. Creation and maintenance of performance indicators for the function.
4. Full administration duties for 3 teams with a wide range of activities.
5. Co-ordinate/maintenance of trim pattern database – Excel.
6. Workshop orders and logistics control.

Qualifications & Experience

- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programmes; Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Recognised qualification in English and Maths at GCSE/O Level
- Quick Typist
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Must be well organsied and able to plan well.
- Previous administrative experience essential, be a proven self-starter and able to work independently at all times.
- Recently literate in all MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook – must feel confident in using all the programmes.
- Must feel confident in working on own initiative with planning and organising.
