The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of Role
To support the Manager in daily activities and ensure office activities are in line with company and departmental objectives/process and timing. Relieve administrative burden on Mangers and Senior Engineers.

Scope of Role
- Preparation, processing, issuing and distribution of Agenda/minutes for department
- Manage/ coordinate the Managers diary and workload
- Creation and maintenance of performance indicators for the function
- Manage the departmental infrastructure, digital and physical
- General office assistance

- PC and Excel literate, ideally with a formally recognised MS Office qualification
- Recognised qualification in English and Maths at GCSE/O Level
- Quick typist
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- German language skills - A benefit but not essential

- Previous administrative experience, be a proven self starter and able to work independently
- Recently literate in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook – must feel confident manipulating data in Excel and able to create charts
