The Role:
To provide effective and overall technical administrative support to the Project team to deliver the project
in a cost effective manner.
Preparation of documentation for technical meetings, co-ordination of discipline input to multi-discipline reports, presentations & various deliverables monthly/FEED/Offshore Survey/Method reports.
Assist discipline engineers to collate vendor documents and assist in compilation of workpacks (monitor checklist of contents).
Co-ordinate updates to project procedures/workflow diagrams.
Upload data into spreadsheets / databases as necessary.
Maintain project action logs.
Manipulate data in spreadsheets to align with quality requirements.
Collation of statistical HSE data from offshore daily reports.
Arrange office moves and co-ordinate new starts; order IT Equipment.
Manage communications, input to project homepage & assist in population of Sharepoint site.
Attend meetings and prepare technical minutes / notes and distribute.
Organisation of team building and social events.
Option to be involved in project services auditing, DCC & assist Construction Engineers with admin/checking offshore timesheets & platform layouts.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good secondary and tertiary education with technical bias
Proficient use of computer systems
Proficient in MS excel Word and Powerpoint required
Able to work with minimum supervision
Experience in working in an oil & gas design and construction project environment
Capable of carrying out tasks in accordance with defined procedures and instructions
Strong verbal and written communications
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Good attention to detail
Able to work with minimum supervision
