The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

To support the Operations Co-Ordinator who reports directly to the Head of Body and Trim with the budget forecasting and analysis process.

1. Review of monthly performance with Budget Owners.
2. Support Operations Co-Ordinator in the day-to-day business.
3. Ensure accurate and timely generation and update of budget forecasts and resource plans with Budget Owners.
4. Maintain and ensure the regular submission and accuracy of timesheets across Body & Trim.
5. Maintain availability of Job Profiles for Body & Trim.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educated to GCSE / A Level standard or equivalent in Maths and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience of working with numbers desirable.
• Proven self starter and able to work independently, but also a good team player.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Communicates effectively at all levels and able to progress, challenge and resolve issues.
