Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

- To support the Engine Project Leader in coordinating activities required such as meetings, travel and workshops
- To assist the separtment in all aspects of the project delivery, including the generation and development of all project documentation
- To prepare, manage and distribute presentations and documentation such as Agendas, Minutes, KPI’s and Timing Plans required for successful delivery of the department’s projects
- To read, assess and handle (where relevant) all correspondence relevant to projects in the department’s responsibility
- To maintain accurate, comprehensive and accessible filing systems of all department documentation.

Scope of the Role

- Assist in creation and management of all project specific documentation
- Create, manage and distribute a project KPi pack, for distribution
- Handle routine correspondence (vebal & written) independently.
- Support the Project Manager in all aspects of the project delivery, including assisting in the facilitation of cross-functional meetings, creating Agendas and Minutes, and following up open actions
- Represent the department in parts clubs, project technical reviews and other project specific cross functional reviews, reporting back to the Project Manager with status updates.

Qualifications and Experience

- Good communication skills – able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in creating and handling project management documentation
- Experience in coordinating the daily activities of a small team.
- Experience in Office Administration
- Experience and interest in Project Management
- Must be able to create, modify and manage Word, Excel and Powerpoint Documentation
- Ability to use Project Planning tools such as MS. Project to document project plans is an advantage
- Basic understanding of German Language is an advantage
- Technical understanding of Powertrain, specifically engines
- BoM knowledge and understanding of forward sourcing process
- Previous Bentley experience would be an advantage
- 2 years Project Management Experience, or similar
- Business Studies qualification is advantageous
- Engineering Qualification is Advantageous
