The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
The position of Administrator to the engineering hardware teams. Applicants will be required to work with Company's internal electronic document storage, maintenance management and other database systems. The core duties of the role include:

Collating and entry of team output
Managing transfer of documents to external partners
Printing and distribution of documents
Record keeping and file management
Raising and tracking of purchase orders for routine items and supplies
Managing PPE supplies
Raising non-technical work orders
Facilitating people / resources such as meetings rooms
Arrangements for visitors, travel, inductions
Generating training reports and facilitating team training
Tracking Contractor performance
Controlled document updates
Tracking and reporting on team holidays, actions
Cost Tracking - Reporting spend against cost codes
Creating Reports from Raw Data for Risk Management, Internal audits

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Administration in a technical environment
