Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:

• To support Line Manager in daily activities & ensure office activities are in line with Company & departmental objectives & timing.
• Preparation of routine documentation relevant to department, ie letters, memos
• Processing, issuing and distribution of information/documentation (eg agendas, minutes,KPI's).
• Reading, assessing and handling (where relevant) of all correspondence.
• Maintenance of accurate, comprehensive and accessible filing systems.


• Assist in daily function and running of department
• Manage diary and arrange/co-ordinate meetings
• Handle routine matters (verbal & written) independently
• Draft letters/memos/documents for signature & ensure timely distribution
• Arrange national and international travel
• Monitor Departmental PDR’s
• Read, route, prioritise incoming mail/telephone calls
• Read, prioritise and where relevant, handle all correspondence
• Ensure timely availability of documentation needed for meetings, presentations
• Establish and maintain an accurate, comprehensive and accessible filing system
• Act as receptionist – Meet & Greet
• Arrange entertaining on request

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
PC literate, good communication skills, be proven self-starter and work independently. Communicate effectively at all levels. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
O ‘Level / GCSE equivalent in English.
German Language Desirable.
