The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
To support the module leader in his/ her daily activities & support in achievement of the Project deliverables.

Reports to the Module Leaders. Liaises with all levels of the business, up to Senior managers across all the business functions.

Implementation, management and report generation of product/ module Key Performance Indicators including:
- Critical parts register
- Bid specifications and the management of them through the approval process. Tracking of actuals versus plans.
- 'P&B' release profiles and tracking of actuals versus plans.

Preperation of module packs including RGS's, critical issues, finances etc.
Management of module AEKO;s on the relevant company business system and reporting of change plans.
Co-ordination of module critical issues inputting in to the project tracker.
Diary Management for the module leaders which includes setting up meetings, rooms, minute taking & distribution and booking travel.
Workflow management - raising and tracking of requests for the project.
Raising of specific permits as determined by the module leader.
