The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:


• Head of Department calendar management
• Maintenance of department skills matrices
• Maintenance of department job-profiles, training records
• Maintenance of department holiday cards
• Maintenance of departmental information (telephone lists, PC’s and software requirements)
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, create agendas and minutes
• Facilitate Stimmungsbarometer workgroups
• Maintain MBO plan for department
• Raise any national or international travel requests, collect currency from cashiers
• Raise expenses requests for HOD
• Raise any stationary orders
• Distribute mail within the department
• Maintain and update Powertrain Systems intranet page

Technical Deliverables

• Raise Engineering Permits or Concessions to support builds (if required by Engineer)
• Raise AEKO or ECR requests (if required by Engineer)
• Raise and/or check SRD’s and deliver to BOM team.
• Prepare and maintain weekly technical deliverables pack, for all projects.
o PVR status, tests due, missed or late status
o BMG status, missing and due dates
o AEKO/ECR status, status by week
o SRD/BOM status, missing SRD/BOM items and dates for resolution
o KPM status, lists all open issues and owners


• Ability to work within the team on own initiative and liaise with all levels of management.
• Ability to work within a technical environment and communicate effectively with all members of the team.
• Ability to work with other departments within the business and facilitate communication with the team.


• Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access for Applications.
• Knowledge of all Bentley systems, e.g. TEVON, AVON, KVS, PVR database


• Educated to ‘O’ Level/GCSE standard and with proven Administration experience.
