The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Process & Dashboard

Chassis Factory team is developing Metrics & Dashboard, to enable Factory customers to retrieve useful information quickly, reduce data manipulation, editing, chasing people for information.

Key Responsibilities: -
* Conduct or coordinate Requirements gathering session with customers to capture requirements for the new dashboard/trackers.
* Maintain or update databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
* Create new apps using coding within excel without technical support
* Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
* Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
* Conduct Training sessions for the Chassis team as necessary

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years industry experience
* Excellent Excel coding/macro skills.
* Ability to seek solutions from available resources.
* Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
* The confidence and ability to present to a client audience (Manager Level).
* Experience in an automotive industry preferred.
* Understanding of vehicle architecture desirable, particularly Chassis components .
* Familiar with all the automotive systems and Product Development methodology desirable.
* Degree/HNC

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Sharepoint and other database systems.
* Knowledge of tools & processes in particular engineering releasing and procurement processes.
* Previous business process improvement and dashboarding/metrics exposure.
* Self-motivated and resourceful, able to pursue multiple avenues for defining solutions and resolving issues.
