The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Technical Analyst required to support the Business Management team within Business Management and Global Integration and the P3&O Team. P3&O is a central team for all Product Development and we act as a central service to the business to provide consolidation of many processes and budgets and updates to the business. This role is required to manage the Design & Development Database (D&D) ensuring alignment with COC's (Centre of Competence) and producing KPI's (Key Process Indicators). Responsibilities include managing overall D&D spend, updating and maintaining D&D database, working with the wider team to ensure spending on testing complies with value for money criteria (VFM), chair D&D review meetings and weekly process meetings.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proven ability on all Microsoft tools. Ability to manage and align budgets. Working in a business arena and having to meet strict deadlines and last minute requests. Excellent Communication skills. Management of budgets involving significant levels of tension and competing requirements. Requirement to project manage their own time, with ability to respond with urgency and quality of execution within a fast-paced organisation. Experience in business process improvement, assessing strengths, weaknesses and improvement opportunities in current processes. Ability to document process standards and procedures. Financial Background would be desirable. Business degree desirable but not essential - or experience in the field.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Good team player. Ability to interact with all levels of management and engage multiple stakeholders. Good interpersonal skills. Understanding of SAP an advantage.
