The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities
To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Manager and first line
Diary management by maintaining Google mail - the arrangement of internal and external meetings as appropriate ensuring the Manager is aware of forthcoming events, using discretion and initiative to ensure efficient use of time
Accepting and managing telephone calls and other messages, assessing their importance and relevance, relaying information as appropriate and taking action
To arrange travel and accommodation as required
To facilitate/co-ordinate inbound visits to Whitley
To maintain general office systems including record systems , filing, ordering, control of office supplies
To arranging team meetings, presentations, etc identifying and booking suitable venues and advising relevant parties
Handling all other ad hoc requests efficiently and effectively

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills Required:
High standard of PC literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Mail and Calendar skills
Experience of other Jaguar Land Rover systems is desirable, eg. CORA, Time on Line, Expenses & Travel Online
High standard of PC literacy
Good organisation and prioritisation skills with attention to detail and deadlines
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation as well as with external contacts.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
A current driving licence is essential
Respect for confidentiality is essential.
Previous administration /secretarial experience with shorthand abilities is advantageous.
HNC or equivalent
