The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
To undertake the responsibility of the 'Factory Lead' for the Quality, Business, Process and Launch team an this will include some budget management. Undertake Quality Administration, Manage multiple meeting cadences and some. Senior Manager diary Management. Track status and responses on an on-going basis and progress multiple activities. Gain approval for requests were required. Develop and collate presentation material. Provide support to regular Progress and Quality Review meetings, capturing detailed actions and progressing them with the actionees if required. Interact effectively with Chassis Engineering Teams both in the Uk and overseas.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 key skills; Technical Administration - Excellent MS Office skills ( Intermediate user in Excel, Power Point and Word). The ability to interact effectively with Senior Management & the wider Engineering community while working on and with Projects; Administration; Technical & Engineering information. The ability to manage own work load and drive positive results using their own initiative as part of a small team.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in the use of MS office applications and Google office tools & systems. Willingness to learn a range of applications and processes. Previous experience of Business Planning in a demanding environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet demanding timescales. Excellent communication and team skills - Able to work effectively in an English speaking team environment Demonstrate a positive, proactive & supportive set of behavioural/personality traits that includes the ability to influence others in order to achieve objectives.
