The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
To assist with all aspects of driver training permit administration Tasks include: Day to day driver training administration for all courses which includes eSign approval, allocation of dates, issue of joining instructions, update of eDPS on completion. Responding to emails sent to the various inboxes in a timely fashion. Create a date schedule for Class 2, Class 3, 2TT and 3TT and ask Catalyst to upload the Class 2 and Class 3 dates onto Catalyst. Then add all dates to Google doc for tracking. Request dates from MIRA and add to Google doc for tracking. Request dates from Jamie Wall for 1PG at Fen End and add to Google doc for tracking. Manage the wait list which includes adding names from eSign as they come in and use to issue dates, track JI's and Pass/Fail. Creation and issue of driver training certificates for those carried out at Gaydon and Fen End. Issue certificates from MIRA - Keep all Joining instructions up to date in driver training shared folder. Liaise with various facilities i.e. Gaydon Proving Ground, MIRA, Fen End etc. Assist with the delivery of the project raised to improve the overall experience of applying for and participating in the driver training i.e. everyone in one place, new driver training webpage etc.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED 1. High standard of PC Literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2. Previous experience in a busy administrative role 3. Excellent organisation skills. High standard of PC Literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience in a busy administrative role. A current driving licence.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail. This is a very busy role with many elements to juggle and deadlines to meet. The successful candidate must be proactive with their daily workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation as well as external contacts. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, with a respect for confidentiality. Be proactive in coming up with ideas and suggestions to continually improve the process.
