The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Admin / Technical support to Hybrids Research Chief Technical Specialist's team and Hybrids Business Office. Duties split between research team and the business office estimate 70/30. Research team: Diary management for senior manager & team, provide admin support for management team. Business Office: provide admin support to factory manager and business planner. e.g. raise finance orders, produce measures and metrics, produce procedures.
Location: Intension is base location will be Warwick 3-4 days per week, 1-2 days per week at Gaydon. Personal transport is required. Base requirement is to work at these two locations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must be PC literate (MS Office V10 - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc).
Knowledge of Gmail & diary management
Good level of numeric and analytical skills using Excel
Ability to prioritise work.
Ability to learn NEW systems quickly and adapt to change.
Must have good, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitments, Flexibility, Self-Motivation for the role are necessary attributes for this position.
Take ownership of tasks and be accountable
Previous experience of diary management/PA support
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
General office experience
Some financial knowledge desirable
Understand metrics
A good level of eductaion in Englist and Maths. Companent IT skills, MS Office 2010

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-confidence, being self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision are the personal qualities needed to succeed in this high-pressure environment.
An ability to assist in the resolution of business, and process issues within the Business Office.
Experience/knowledge of google mail and apps
