The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
Technical Analyst: provide support to the Hybrids Business Office. Supporting the Business Planner covering all day to day activities, some of which are - budget spend and analysis, headcount tracking and recruitment, dept metrics. Also provide co-ordination of test facility requirements and liaise with facility owns to agree requirements and aid capacity planning.

Skills Required:
Able to analyse problems and develop effective solutions. Must have good, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced level of numeric and analytical skills using Excel Advance knowledge/skills of MS office applications Have experience of planning - test requirements/facility usage etc. Work with the business planner to deliver all budget & resource requirements. Commitment, Flexibility, Self-Motivation for the role are necessary attributes for this position.

Skills Preferred:
Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-confidence, being self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision are the personal qualities needed to succeed in this high-pressure environment. An ability to assist in the resolution of business, and process issues within the Business Office.

Experience Required:
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment General office experience Some financial knowledge desirable Understanding of lean principals desirable. Understand metrics

Education Required:
Be qualified to HND/degree level - ideal in businesses studies
