The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Technical Administrator Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Programme Management Responsible for taking new Programme requests (PDLs) and circulating within AME. Critically assessing responses in the light of company targets and score cards. Responding to queries relating to Manufacturing activities for programmes. Generate and report out key metrics for Programmes throughout the Programme Life, e.g. Investment, Hours/Car, Issue Management (AIMS). Manage the engineering change (PACN) process. Some travel to other midlands sites for meetings will be necessary.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidates should be self-motivated with good communication skills and be a team player. Have the drive and commitment to work with minimal supervision. Project management skills, financial awareness and a strong analytical capability. Proficient in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and able and willing to learn new systems
Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams. Experience of Project management, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Education equivalent to degree level preferred but will consider time served applicants.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Manufacturing Engineering knowledge in processes and Industrial Engineering
Knowledge of product and launch processes Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes. Project cost control
